ORDER granting 25 motion to appear by telephone/video. The Court having reviewed this motion and conducted ex parte pre-settlement calls with counsel for Plaintiff and Defendants, the settlement conference scheduled for Thursday, August 20, 2026 is converted to a remote video-conference and all counsel and party-participates are directed to appear by Zoom.
