ORDER: The request to reschedule the previously adjourned Settlement Conference (DE 24 ) is GRANTED. The Settlement Conference is ADJOURNED to 10/21/2026 at 11:00 AM via Zoom. The Court will send a Zoom link to the parties in advance of the conference. The parties are directed to follow Judge Dunst's Individual Practice Rules, which are available on the Court's website. At least seven days before the Settlement Conference, the parties shall submit to chambers by email (dunst_chambers@nyed.uscourts.gov) ex parte settlement letters outlining the information required in Judge Dunst's Individual Practice Rule V.C. The parties are directed to meet and confer and propose by 7/24/2026 any changes to the current schedule (DE 17 ). Finally, the Court GRANTS the Notice of Consent to Change Attorney (DE 19 ).
