TEXT ORDER Plaintiff has filed a motion for extension of time and for leave to amend. Dkt. No. 12 . Defendant has consented to the relief sought therein. Accordingly, the court finds (1) Plaintiff shall be permitted to serve a proposed amended complaint naming Ohio Security as the Defendant on or before September 11, 2026; (2) the parties shall confer and file the agreed upon amended pleading on or before September 16, 2026; and (3) Plaintiff's deadline to respond to Defendant's Motion to Dismiss shall be held in abeyance pending the filing of the agreed upon amended pleading. The parties shall notify the court of the status of the pending Motion to Dismiss no later than September 21, 2026. IT IS SO ORDERED.
