PAPERLESS ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE. THIS MATTER is before the Court sua sponte. On May 26, 2026, after the Parties filed a notice of settlement (DE 23 ), the Court ordered the Plaintiff to "file a notice of voluntary dismissal or the Parties [to] file a joint stipulation of dismissal" by July 27, 2026. (DE 24). To date, Plaintiff has not filed a notice of voluntary dismissal, and the Parties have failed to file a joint stipulation of dismissal or a motion for extension of time to do so. Accordingly, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Parties shall SHOW CAUSE on or before August 4,2026 why sanctions should not be imposed for failure to comply with a Court Order.
