ORDER by Judge Philip A. Brimmer on 8/17/26. Plaintiffs' Motion for Attorneys' Fees and Costs 171 is GRANTED in part. Plaintiffs' Motion for Pre-Judgment and Post-Judgment Interest 172 is GRANTED in part. In accordance with the Court's Order, Docket No. 170 at 17, judgment shall enter in favor of plaintiffs and against American Manufacturing & Machine, Inc. in the amount of $398,494.43. Pre-judgment interest shall accrue at a rate 5.25%, calculated on a simple basis, beginning on November 16, 2020 and ending on September 11, 2025. Post-judgment interest shall accrue pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1961. American Manufacturing & Machine, Inc. shall pay plaintiffs' attorneys' fees in the amount of $316,487.34 and costs in the amount of $109,742.34. This case is closed.
