DENIES as moot in part Fallene's 70 Motion to Stay Current Discovery Deadlines Pending Ruling on DE 56, and for Expedited Briefing but GRANTS the request to extend the discovery deadlines and ORDERS: The fact and expert discovery deadline is extended to 10/30/2026; The deadline for the parties to file any additional non-dispositive motions is extended to 9/30/2026; and The deadline to file dispositive motions is extended to 11/30/2026.
