ORDER. Plaintiff's request to continue the scheduled discovery hearing is DENIED. Counsel for both Plaintiff and Defendants, including local counsel, shall appear to address the discovery issues previously submitted to the Court, which the Court deems to be ripe for argument and ruling. The discovery conference was initially set for July 15, 2028. Unfortunately, due to a Court conflict the hearing had to be rescheduled to July 30, 2026. The Court notes the parties have worked to provide positions statements, conferral correspondence, and additional information on multiple issues. The Court has also spent time preparing to hear the discovery issues. Although counsel has apparently been in discussions with Plaintiff regarding its withdrawal, for the entire time the parties and the Court have been working to address the pending discovery issues, counsel waited until July 28, 2026, just two days prior to the discovery conference, to file its Motion to Withdraw as Counsel for Plaintiff Precision Weather Solutions, Inc. ("Motion"). The Court will also include counsel's now ripe Motion to the agenda for the hearing on July 30, 2026. IT IS SO ORDERED. Signed by Magistrate Judge Gwynne E. Birzer on 7/29/2026.
