MINUTES for proceedings held before Magistrate Judge Thomas P LeBlanc: A TELEPHONE CONFERENCE to discuss 51 HERC Rentals Inc.'s Motion to Extend Defendant's Expert Disclosure Deadline, and plaintiff's opposition thereto, was held on 9/10/2026. Participating by telephone were: Charles Stanislaus Feucht and Jason M Welborn on behalf of Moesha Wilson; Carl J Giffin, Jr, and Lora L Lococo on behalf of HERC Rentals, Inc.; and Katie Leigh Fox on behalf of Ace American Insurance Co. After discussions with counsel, the court found good cause to permit the extension and a lack of prejudice to plaintiff in doing so, and so
IT IS ORDERED that the 51 Motion to Extend Defendant's Expert Disclosure Deadline is GRANTED, and, accordingly, Defendant HERC Rentals, Inc.'s deadline to furnish the names and written reports of any physician or expert witness is extended to 9/28/2026. All other deadlines contained in the 40 Court's Scheduling Order and Addendum to Electronic Scheduling Order for Jury Trial shall remain in full force and effect.
