   TEXT ORDER - Before the Court is Respondent Health Professionals & Allied Employees Local 5147's ("Union") motion to dismiss Petitioner Hudson Regional Hospital's ("Hospital") petition to vacate an arbitration award. (ECF No. 11 .) The Union asserts that it notified the arbitrator of outstanding disputes over the remedy and sought an implementation hearing. But the Union does not supply any documentation of such a dispute or its request for an implementation hearing. Because arbitration must be "complete in all respects" before the Court may entertain an action to enforce or vacate an award, and in the interests of efficient case management, the Court determines that additional factual development is warranted. Union Switch & Signal Div. Am. Standard Inc. v. United Elec., Radio & Mach. Workers of Am., Local 610, 900 F.2d 608, 614 (3d Cir. 1990). Therefore, the parties are directed to submit additional documentation of any pending dispute over the Arbitrator's remedy within thirty (30) days of this Order. The Union's motion to dismiss (ECF No. 11 ) is ADMINISTRATIVELY TERMINATED pending the court's receipt of the parties' supplemental submissions. So Ordered by Judge Julien Xavier Neals on 7/7/2026.
