IN CHAMBERS- ORDER RE: PLAINTIFF'S CAUSES OF ACTION by Judge Consuelo B. Marshall: At the final pretrial conference, the Court raised the issue of whether Plaintiff has included a specific cause of action for Monell liability in the operative complaint. The issue is not addressed in the parties' contention memorandums. (See Dkt. Nos. 189 , 190 ) Therefore, the Court orders the parties to file briefs (not to exceed 10 pages) on the issue of whether a Monell cause of action is included in the operative complaint (Dkt. No. 1) no later than July 28, 2026. (es)
