Any testimony or reports by Dr. Fish that relate to documents or information that were excluded by the Courts March 2025 Order ("Order") [Dkt. 73], or that relate to documents or information not disclosed to Defendant before entry of the Order, are excluded at trial. Plaintiff's testimony about his own experience of medical symptoms and medical treatment up to the date of trial, may be admitted, consistent with the Federal Rules of Evidence. (lom)
