Having been apprised of the status of the parties' settlement, the Court sets a further telephonic SDC for August 25, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Counsel must conference together on a single line, then jointly call chambers (619-837-6526) at the appointed time. If dismissal papers are filed before August 25, 2026, the SDC will be vacated.
