TEXT ONLY ORDER signed by Judge Byron B Conway on 8/3/2026: Before the court is a letter from Triosim Corporation requesting entry of a proposed supplemental injunction order. Although the letter states that a separate order may help avoid future disputes, it does not identify any particular ambiguity or deficiency in the court's June 12, 2026, order, identify the procedural authority for the requested relief, see Civ. L.R. 7(a), or explain whether and how the proposed order differs substantively from the injunction previously entered. The proposed order also contains extensive additional factual findings and language that may affect the scope, duration, and enforceability of the injunction. The court will not modify or supplement its prior order on the basis of the present submission. Accordingly, Triosim's request is DENIED without prejudice. If Triosim seeks further relief, it must file a motion identifying the precise relief requested, the legal and procedural basis for that relief, and all respects in which its proposed injunction differs from the injunction contained in ECF No. 69 .
