The parties are directed to meet and confer in an effort to informally resolve same. If any disputes remain, the parties are directed to address which disputes remain and the parties' respective positions in the anticipated October 19th status letter. The parties are further advised that if the Court, upon its review of the October 19th submission, remains unpersuaded that the parties have adequately met and conferred, it may convert the October 26th Video Status Conference at 1:00 p.m. into an in person a meet-and-confer conference in the Courtroom of the Undersigned. Finally, Plaintiff is directed to file a motion to seal Plaintiff's September 30th letter, pursuant to Local Civil Rule 5.3(c)(2) on or before October 9, 2026.
