Defendant's motion for leave to file a response 39 is denied. The Court had and has no intention to authorize supplemental briefing on the motion to dismiss. Plaintiff may file a one-paragraph submission that simply cites the later-decided case that it wishes to bring to the Court's attention, without further argument. This is to be done by 7/29/2026.
