Court received the parties' Endorsed Order relating to increasing Depositions from 10 to 15 and will enter the Order. Counsel has seven (7) days to file a Brief stating their position on consolidating the trial in this matter with Johnson v. United States, et al., 2:25-cv-675; Briefs shall not exceed 5 pages.
