MINUTE entry before the Honorable Sunil R. Harjani: The joint motion to vacate the stipulation to dismiss 135 is granted. Rule 60(b)(6) allows the Court to vacate an order for any other reason that justifies relief. At the recent status hearing, the parties have represented that the stipulation to dismiss submitted in this case does not truly reflect the settlement reached and was in error. The motion also states that the parties need to enforce the settlement agreement and redo all the final orders in this case, so that the appellate court has jurisdiction to review any non-settled claims. Given that there is agreement by all parties, the Court will grant the motion and vacate the stipulation to dismiss [21cv3653- Doc 223, 22cv1697 Doc 108].
