ORDER. As discussed at the status conference held on June 24, 2026, the Court sets the following deadlines:
The parties’ Joint Trial Memorandum is due on August 7, 2026. The parties shall appear for an in-person Pre-Trial Conference on September 21, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. Jury selection will begin on October 20, 2026 at 9:00 A.M.
Additionally, on or before July 15, 2026, the parties shall file a joint status report apprising the Court on the status of settlement discussions between the parties.
