NOTATION ORDER: This matter is before the Court on the parties' Joint Motion to Stay Defendant's Deadline to Respond to Plaintiff's Complaint (Doc. 8 ). For good cause, the Court GRANTS the Motion (Doc. 8 ). Defendant's deadline to answer, move, or otherwise respond to Plaintiff's Complaint (Doc. 1 ) is STAYED pending the Court's resolution of anticipated consolidation proceedings involving this action and any related actions. Once the Court resolves any consolidation proceedings, the parties SHALL FILE a joint status report within seven (7) days, indicating a proposed deadline for Defendant to answer, move, or otherwise respond to Plaintiff's Complaint (Doc. 1 ).
