Neither of these filings contain a certification regarding the use of generative artificial intelligence, as required by the Court's Standing Order Regarding the Use of Generative Artificial Intelligence ("AI") in Court Filings ("Standing Order"). While Defendant has been warned of this requirement before, [Doc. 16], the Court will not require Defendant to file its motions. No later than August 4, 2026, Defendant shall file a supplemental AI Certification, signed by all counsel whose signatures appear on the 84 , 85 Motions, that complies with the Court's Standing Order.
