IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that on or before August 20, 2026, Plaintiffs shall file a Second Amended Complaint that alleges facts establishing diversity of citizenship of the parties to this action or, in the alternative, a basis for federal subject matter jurisdiction that is independent of the Federal Arbitration Act. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that if Plaintiffs do not timely and fully comply with this Order, this matter will be dismissed without prejudice for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
