Minute entry for proceedings held before Hon. Colleen D. Holland. Continued telephone discovery conference held on 9/25/2026. The Court notes the parties' submission regarding ESI protocol and the proposed ESI Order. The Court will review the submission and issue an appropriate order as soon as it is able. The Court continues its conversation with the parties regarding the discovery issues outlined in the parties' submissions. The parties are directed to confer further regarding interrogatories 1 and 3. If the parties are unable to reach a resolution, plaintiff may file a motion to compel by no earlier than 10/13/2026. Upon resolution of plaintiffs' potential motion to compel or after the 10/13/2026 deadline, the Court will reach out to the parties regarding the remaining discovery issues discussed and set a further conference if necessary.
