SCHEDULING ORDER re 16 Letter filed by Christina Silvestry: Upon the parties' joint request, a settlement conference will be held on October 13, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. in Courtroom 840, Alfonse M. D'Amato U.S. Courthouse, Central Islip, New York. All counsel and clients with authority to settle without having to make a telephone call shall appear in person for the conference. Virtual or telephonic appearances will not be permitted. Appearance solely by an attorney with "full settlement authority" is similarly not permitted. Each party shall submit their confidential Settlement Statement to Shields_Chambers@nyed.uscourts.gov by the close of business on October 7, 2026. Counsel are directed to consult this Court's Individual Rules for additional pre-settlement conference procedures. Fact discovery is extended to November 24, 2026. Expert discovery shall be completed by February 24, 2027. Any party seeking to make a dispositive motion shall initiate that process, consistent with the Individual Rules of the assigned District Judge, on or before March 24, 2027.
