The Court declines to reopen discovery, as discovery has been stayed since 2/23/2024 60 and the remaining parties have been in settlement negotiations for a significant amount of time, at this point since at least the 3/21/2024 mediation 61 . The time has come and gone for Plaintiff to request the discovery it now seeks. The parties have notified the Court that a settlement conference has been scheduled for 1/12/2027 92 .
