STIPULATION AND ORDER: The parties shall meet and confer in good faith regarding the universe of documents that may be relevant to Plaintiffs' domicile no later than August 21, 2026. Plaintiffs shall produce any additional documents regarding Plaintiff Jane Doe 1's domicile by September 2, 2026. By September 9, 2026, Defendants shall advise Plaintiffs whether they consent to the remand of this action to the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of New York.If Defendants do not consent to remand, Plaintiffs shall have fourteen (14) days from Defendants' notice of non-consent to file a motion to remand. Plaintiffs' motion to remand shall be due by September 23, 2026. Defendants shall have fourteen (14) days after Plaintiffs file any motion to remand to file their opposition, including any request for additional discovery. Defendants' opposition shall be due by October 7, 2026. Plaintiffs shall have seven (7) days after Defendants file their opposition to file their reply.
