In light of the representations in Plaintiff's letter, the applications by Robert 6, LLCand the Law Office of Rosemary Hayden PLLC (Docs. 35 and 37) are granted andthe Clerk's Certificates of Default entered against Robert 6, LLC and the LawOffice of Rosemary Hayden PLLC (Docs. 29 and 30) are hereby vacated.The Court deems the answer filed by the Law Office of Rosemary Hayden PLLC(Doc. 32) timely filed. The time for Robert 6, LLC to answer is extended to July16, 2026.Defendants Alan Kramer and Elizabeth Culhane are warned that they will bedeemed in default for failure to appear and timely file their answers (which theyhave apparently served but not filed). The Court expects they will appear and filetheir answers forthwith, and in any event no later than June 30, 2026. Plaintiff isdirected to serve a copy of this order upon them.Any other relief requested in Plaintiff's letter (Doc. 42) that has not otherwise beenaddressed is denied without prejudice to renewal by proper application inaccordance with the Court's rules.The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to terminate the pending letter-motions(Docs. 35 and 37) and vacate the Clerk's Certificates of Default (Docs. 29 and 30).
