ORDER AUTHORIZING THE COURT REPORTER TO PREPARE AND RELEASE A TRANSCRIPT OF THE JUNE 1, 2026 STATUS CONFERENCE TO COUNSEL OF RECORD FOR THE PARTIES ONLY by Judge Percy Anderson. Having considered Plaintiff Tigran Nersesyan's request for an order authorizing release of the transcript of the June 1, 2026 status conference in this action (the Hearing), and good cause appearing: 1. Upon payment of the fees by the parties, the official court reporter is authorized and directed to prepare a transcript of the Hearing on a three (3)-day turnaround basis. 2. The transcript of the Hearing shall be released only to counsel of record for Plaintiff and counsel of record for Defendants in this action, for use in connection with confirming and enforcing the settlement in this action. 3.
