Status Report Order
ORDER: On or before 9/10/2026, counsel shall file a copy of the settlement agreement with the signatures of Mr. Senders. An unredacted copy should be filed under seal, and a redacted copy should be filed on the public docket. The personal identifying information of Plaintiffs should be redacted. The Court sua sponte sealed the stipulation for compromise settlement and release of Federal Tort Claims Act, ECF No. 123 , because the filing contains protected information.
Per the 9/3/2026 telephonic status conference, once the fully executed agreement is filed, the Court will consider the motion for infant compromise, ECF No. 117 , to be fully briefed. The Court's prior administrative closure of the motion, see 8/5/2025 Order, will be vacated, and the motion will be marked as open. The motion for infant compromise, ECF No. 117 , with the various supplemental filings, will be adjudicated in a separate Order.
