Status Report Order
ORDER: Per the 7/1/2026 telephonic conference, the parties must file the following by 7/15/2026: (1) a settlement agreement for government monies in this case, as well as any ancillary documents that relate to the proposed distribution or structuring of the settlement funds; (2) any revision, amendment or supplement to the settlement agreement for hospital monies, ECF No. 118 ; (3) a statement from Plaintiff's counsel, confirming that counsel has reviewed the settlement agreements with counsel's individual clients and that all individual clients agree to the terms therein and the reasonableness thereof; and (4) the parties' position on what the Surrogate's Court requires of them and this Court in this case here forth, if anything, including discussion of any particular Surrogate's Court provision(s) in the government settlement agreement.
