Stipulation and Order ~Util - Add and Terminate Parties
STIPULATION TO AMEND CAPTION:IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between the undersignedcounsel to the above-referenced parties, that1. On July 14, 2026, the parties executed a class action settlement agreement (theSettlement Agreement).2. In connection with the Settlement Agreement, the parties agreed on a ConsolidatedAmended Class Action Complaint (CAC) that adds parties from six other related cases pendingagainst Defendants.3. Those related actions are:a. Zeichner v. Nord Security, et al., No. 24-cv-2462-JSC (N.D. Cal.);b. Peterson v. NordVPN S.A., et al., No. 24-cv-3218-MEH (D. Colo.);c. Sasgen v. NordVPN, S.A., et al., No. 25-cv-6822 (N.D. Ill.);d. Tio v. NordVPN S.A., et al., No. 25-cv-13374 (D. Mass.);e. Daddabbo v. NordVPN, S.A., et al., No. 26-cv-558 (D. Conn.); andf. Schnappinger v. NordVPN, S.A., et al., No. 26-cv-982 (E.D. Va.).4. The CAC adds seven additional Named Plaintiffs: Jordan Zeichner (California),Tim Peterson (Colorado), Michael Sasgen (Illinois), Rene Tio (Massachusetts), John Daddabbo(Connecticut), Dennis Hanscom (North Carolina), and Craig Schnappinger (Virginia and NorthCarolina). Each is a Named Plaintiff in one of the related actions (except Mr. Hanscom) and aproposed class representative under the Settlement Agreement.5. On July 28, 2026, the Court granted leave to file the CAC. ECF No. 63. (And as further set forth herein.) SO ORDERED.
