RSA Insurance Can't Avoid Payout, Court Of Appeal Told

Law360, London (January 24, 2019, 9:02 PM GMT) -- A pool company that won the right to claw back repair costs from RSA Insurance PLC under two indemnity policies fought off an appeal Thursday, blasting the insurer’s argument that the second claim was an extension of the first and that the repair costs should only be covered by the first policy.
