Investors Blast Foreign Banks' Bid To Exit Forex Rigging Suit
Law360 (January 29, 2019, 1:47 PM EST) -- Investors told a New York federal court on Monday that foreign banks including BNP Paribas and HSBC Bank PLC must face their litigation accusing them of manipulating the foreign exchange market, saying the banks' conduct falls within the court's purview under the doctrine of conspiracy jurisdiction.
