2nd Ex-Barclays Trader Guilty In Euribor-Rigging Retrial

Law360, London (March 28, 2019, 1:25 PM GMT) -- A London jury found another former Barclays PLC trader guilty on Thursday of manipulating a key European benchmark interest rate, two days after convicting one of his colleagues in a retrial brought by the Serious Fraud Office.

The jury reached a majority decision of 10-2 to convict Colin Bermingham, a senior trader on the London cash desk at Barclays, after more than six days of deliberating.
