Law360, London (May 9, 2019, 7:00 PM BST) -- A London judge has paved the way for a representative of the British Airlines pensions scheme to cover his legal costs at an upcoming hearing where the airline is expected to ask the court to sign off on a settlement ending a multimillion-pound dispute over its pension scheme contributions, according to court documents.
High Court Judge Richard D. Arnold said by mutual agreement trustees for the Airways Pension Scheme will cover Mark Fielder's upcoming legal costs in connection with its settlement ending a six-year dispute over pensions contributions, according to a May 7 order.
