Daughter Of ENRC Founder Faces Jan. Trial Over SFO Probe

Law360, London (August 9, 2019, 6:13 PM BST) -- The daughter of one of the founders of Eurasian Natural Resources Corp. will stand trial in January on charges of failing to supply documents required by the Serious Fraud Office as part of its corruption probe into the Kazakh mining company.

Anna Machkevitch, the daughter of Alexander Machkevitch, one of three oligarchs from the former Soviet Union who founded ENRC, will appear at court on Jan. 8 in a two-day trial at Hendon Magistrates’ Court, District Judge Michael Snow said at a London court hearing Friday.
