Law360, London (December 4, 2019, 5:33 PM GMT) -- Russian businessman Oleg Deripaska agreed that a former government minister would have ownership rights to property at the heart of a business feud even though he was not named in the paperwork, the ex-politician’s lawyer told an English appeals court on Wednesday.
David Railton QC was arguing to uphold a $95 million award in favor of his client, former minister Vladimir Chernukhin, who is fighting an appeal brought by Deripaska.
