RSA, Zurich On Hook For London Biz School's £5M Loss

Law360, London (January 29, 2020, 2:07 PM GMT) -- London Business School has won its claim against four insurers, including RSA and Zurich, and can seek to recover £5 million ($6.5 million) in losses incurred in the way its engineer handled construction of a new learning center.

Judge Peter Fraser has entered a default judgment in favor of the college after the four insurers — Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance PLC, Zurich Insurance PLC, Arch Insurance (UK) Ltd. and MS Amlin Corporate Member Ltd. — failed to comply with a court order and had their defense struck out.
