German Bank Withdraws From UK Over Brexit Concerns

Law360, London (February 12, 2020, 11:00 AM GMT) -- A German challenger bank will withdraw from the U.K. market because it will no longer be able to operate in the country using its European banking license when Britain pulls out of the European Union's regulatory framework in December.
