Law360 (June 11, 2020, 4:35 PM EDT) -- In my April Law360 guest article, "UK Decision Highlights Contract Enforceability Considerations," I discussed an interesting intersection between agency and contract law and why it may not be straightforward to establish by and against whom a contract can be enforced where an agency relationship affects the contract.
