Pensions Watchdog Warns Of Challenges In COVID Recovery

Law360, London (May 4, 2021, 4:17 PM BST) -- The British pensions sector has adapted to the challenges brought about by COVID-19 "pretty well," but there could be some uncertainty ahead as businesses return to normality, according to a regulatory official.

The pandemic affected pensions schemes early last year but the industry has recovered since, David Fairs, an executive director of regulatory policy at The Pensions Regulator, said in an interview published Friday.
