Pensions Watchdog Warns Employers Over Enrollment Duties

The Pensions Regulator said on Wednesday that it was important that companies ensure they are compliant, even if they have struggled during the coronavirus pandemic. The watchdog initially took a softer stance toward businesses during the start of the COVID-19 crisis — but it has maintained throughout that automatic enrollment duties are not negotiable.
