Fiduciary Managers Must Improve ESG Approach, Study Says

XPS Pensions Group said on Friday that it's becoming increasingly important for scheme members to have a retirement plan that is aligned with environmental, social and governance goals, but some fiduciary managers still display shortcomings in this area.

Fiduciary managers are delegated by trustees and are typically responsible for the decisions related to a retirement plan's assets and liabilities.
