Squire Patton-Led HEICO To Buy Aero Parts Maker For €453M

By Dawood Fakhir (July 29, 2022, 5:10 PM BST) -- Aerospace company HEICO Corp. has agreed to acquire a French electronic components maker from an affiliate of a European private equity firm for €453 million ($460 million) in a cash deal guided by Squire Patton Boggs.

Florida-based HEICO said on Thursday that its Electronic Technologies Group subsidiary will sign a definitive deal with IK VII Fund, an affiliate of private equity firm IK Partners, and other investors for Exxelia after getting the green light from the works councils.

IK Partners is being advised on the deal by Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP.
