By Kaitlin Ugolik ( August 25, 2014, 12:48 PM EDT) -- Acumen Capital Partners LLC is reportedly poised to sell a former Pfizer Inc. facility in Brooklyn, aiming for double-digit returns on the building it paid about $26 million for in 2011. Businesweek reported that Acumen raised $10 million from investors to buy the plant, lured small-business owners with low rents and renovation flexibility and is now ready to cash out. It's not clear yet whether Acumen has a buyer, but RXR Realty is reportedly buying another of the firm's investment properties, a former Standard Motor Products facility in Queens, for $110 million....
