Google Lands $2.4B Windsurf Tech Deal, And More Rumors

Among other reports, two private equity firms are making an investment in PCI Pharma Services that values PCI at $10 billion, and KKR is mulling a potential buyout of Italian healthcare technology firm GPI SpA....
