Shiloh Breached Fluor Enviro Deal With Cleanup Request
A California federal judge ruled Friday that The Shiloh Group breached an environmental remediation settlement over a site formerly owned by construction company Fluor Corp. when it asked state environmental regulators to order additional cleanup of the land, saying the remediation deal waived all claims against Fluor.
