    Acuity Insurance asked a Wisconsin federal judge Wednesday to allow the insurer to step into the middle of a trademark dispute between the rival personal injury firms Nicolet Law and Bye Goff & Rohde Ltd., saying there are "significant issues" over whether the company is required to cover the latter firm's defense under its insurance policy.
