MEMORANDUM AND ORDER - Because Appellants have not established that they are persons aggrieved by the sale order, the appeal is DISMISSED for lack of standing. Alternatively, because California brings claims that would normally only be possible under Rule 2018(b), California's appeal is DISMISSED for lack of standing. And finally, the appeal is DISMISSED because the sale closed without a stay, the Bankruptcy Court's good-faith findings are not clearly erroneous, and 11 U.S.C. § 363(m) moots the requested relief.
