   TEXT ORDER: As discussed during the September 22, 2026 status conference, the parties shall complete with dispatch, and no later than October 15, 2026, the jurisdictional discovery identified in the Court's September 14 Order. [D.E. 116]. The parties shall pursue the most efficient, effective route to answering the necessary questions. However, the Court will not foreclose use of any of the discovery tools permitted under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. On or before October 8, the parties shall file a status letter reporting this effort complete or describing, in detail, the remaining steps and/or impediments to timely completion, if any. Thereafter, the Court may require all counsel and parties to appear, in person, in Courtroom 2D of the Martin Luther King Courthouse in Newark, to complete under the Court's supervision the final steps of the necessary inquiry. Once this jurisdictional discovery is done, the Court stands ready to work with the parties to resolve this matter upon their joint request and agreement that such an effort is justified in light of the facts at that time.
