EO: The Court reviewed 127 Plaintiffs' Unopposed Motion for Leave to File under Seal (1) Exhibit 4 in Support of Motion to Compel Wellpartner; (2) Unredacted Motion to Compel Wellpartner; and (3) Exhibit 8 in Support of Motion to Compel Longs Drugs (Motion). The Court DIRECTS third party Queen's Medical Center (QMC) to file a supplemental brief, citing legal authority, explaining:
1. What standard applies to this analysis and why - i.e., whether the "compelling interest" standard or the "good cause" standard applies; and 2. Analyze in detail why each document satisfies this standard.
This supplemental brief shall be filed no later than August 13, 2026.
Plaintiff is DIRECTED to (1) serve QMC with this Minute Order no later than tomorrow, August 6, 2026 at 12:00 p.m., and (2) file a declaration or certificate of service showing that such service was made no later than August 7, 2026.
