TEXT ONLY ORDER signed by Judge Brett H. Ludwig on 7/7/2026 re: 11 Stipulation to Transfer Plaintiff's Lawsuit to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. The parties stipulate that a forum selection clause applies to the Group Health Benefit Plan at issue in this case, and that clause provides that Plaintiff's claim must be brought in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. The Court approves the parties' stipulation. The Clerk of Court is directed to transfer this case to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Defendant's deadline to respond to Plaintiff's Complaint shall be extended 15 days from the date of this order. The case will be closed on this Court's docket. (cc: all counsel)(jad)
