Judgment (Rule 58)
JUDGMENT pursuant to Rule 58 entered Signed by Judge Robert J. Colville on 8/25/26. (cjo)
Order Dismissing Case
MEMORANDUM ORDER: By Order 20 dated December 31, 2025, this Court required Plaintiff to effectuate proper service upon all Defendants in this matter by no later than March 2, 2026 and advised Plaintiff that failure to effectuate proper service would result in dismissal. On July 23, 2026, after Plaintiff failed to provide timely proof of service, by Order to Show Cause 24 , this Court directed Plaintiff to show cause by August 6 as to why this matter should not be dismissed with prejudice for his failure to effectuate service and to prosecute. As Plaintiff has failed to respond to the Court's orders, this case is now hereby dismissed with prejudice due to Plaintiffs continued failure to respond to court orders and to effectuate proper court orders. The Clerk of Courts is directed to mark this case as closed. Defendants' Motion to Dismiss 22 is dismissed as moot. Signed by Judge Robert J. Colville on 8/25/26. (cjo)
